Selling a home can be an overwhelming process, but a Pre-Listing Inspection helps sellers better prepare for the competitive housing market. During the inspection, we help you understand the home’s strengths, weaknesses, and repair needs so that you can communicate issues to potential buyers or renovate the property before listing.
A buyer and seller will work together after a Buyer’s Inspection to decide which repairs should be made before closing. Once these repairs have been made, a Re-Inspection can be scheduled. We will revisit the home, this time inspecting the changes made since our last visit and assuring both parties that agreements were honored.
